IoWay's Spring Quilt

A cute little Spring Quilt sent to me from Iowa

This is a fun one to quilt ....     I'm adding different quilting designs in every block to make it interesting.

Have you noticed my new name????
I used this name years ago when I was out in the work field and decided to go back and use it again.  I have a new blog that will be up and running a few weeks and will post all my work on it.

Quilted Shams

These shams are for a customer in Illinois for a granddaughters wedding.    There is a queen cross stitch top to go with the shams.

There is a lot of stitching going on.......   They sure are pretty when they are quilted.

Frenchie ( Suzan) Has Been Published

Take a look at this......     Suzan has been published in the  Nouvelles magazine

This Quilt is BEAUTIFUL and will travel for a year

She is a APQS dealer in France.  She also has been teaching quilt piecing for quite a few years and now longarm  quilting.

This is a good way for me to practice my French

Suzan Pons (aka Frenchie) Here In The States

After three  years I finally met Suzan for the first time......
We met through the APQS forum when she first started quilting.   We corresponded through emails, letters, and skype.   She is such a fun person,  it is like I have known her all my life.
We talked quilting,  had lunch talked more quilting,  made a trip to the Cove Quilt Shop for a little shopping.......

Suzan buying  2 yards of fabric to challenge me in a quilt project.    This should be fun,   ( I have mine all planned out )    will post that later.
