Back to work....

These gals are amazing to work with

This is the first time I have ever set up for a show working with a guild.
I joined the guild make new friends and they are the most friendly group.
They even offered me a room at one of their homes so I wouldn't  have to make the two hour drive one way everyday.

Day one and day two photos

And there it is .......

Baby Teddy Cross Stitch

This little crib quilt is so cute.    It's a customers quilt.   She wanted simple and I have a hard time with that cause I would fill all of it.

Next Up On The Frame

Minnesota or Bust
They are bag up and ready to go.   Tomorrow I will drive 2 hours to Minnesota to hand deliver my quilts for the show.   I never in the world  thought that I would be doing this.   Wild Threads longarm group that I joined to make new friends talked me into this.   It will be interesting......

Next up on the frame is a crib quilt for a customer that I have to finish by next Tuesday.    Again  I will use KISS       Keeping  it Simple......    What is more simple the feathers, swirls,  pebbles,  and lines.

Storm In Northern Wisconsin

I have never seen a storm like this.....    It started to come in with black clouds covering the sky,  then these clouds rolled in,  everything was at a dead still    EARRRRRY!
Then it sounded like a continuous thunder,   more like a freight train at a crossing.   Then a down pour.      Weird!
I called my daughter in Illinois so she could hear the sounds,  she couldn't beleive it.

Time For Up Date

I came back from Mexico with a respiratory infection which I've  had for over four weeks so I didn't get much quilting done until this week.    Just finished up another panel for Uniquely Yours which will be on display at the Minnesota Quilt Show starting June 11th.

I received a letter from the Minnesota Quilt Show excepting my two quilts that were entered in the judged show.   How exciting........     I was talked into this so we will see what happens.
